Meet Bex: a powerlifting nutrition client

Bex is a powerlifter who has enlisted my services to help her change her body composition. She has a competition in early October and has the following goals:

- To increase her muscle mass

-To decrease fat levels

-To smash her competition!

Bex (rightly) has great body confidence and is not looking to lose weight. She simply wants to optimise her nutrition to promote muscle growth, decrease fat and increase her energy levels, allowing her to perform to the best of her ability in her upcoming competition.

We took circumference measurements and caliper measurements to estimate body fat percentage in week 1, and will reassess in week 4. Here are her week 1 pictures:
