Joanna is a dream client. She likes to push herself and is reaping the benefits of her hard work and dedication both to her nutrition and training. I am thrilled for her!

We are working on functional movements, form, glute strengthening, mobility and back strength/ posture correction. This is already translating into faster running times and I know she will smash her half marathon goals later in the year. We have great fun in our training sessions! Here's what she says: 

I started working with Jenny in March 2019 as I wanted to lose some weight and ensure I was eating a balanced diet.  Jenny spent time with me to understand my eating habits, current fitness levels and goals.  


Based on this Jenny devised a nutrition plan ensuring a balance of protein, fat and carbohydrates.  The plan was very easy to follow and I had regularly check-ins with Jenny along the way.  



Given the great success with Jenny's nutrition plan, I started having personal training sessions with her once a week and the results are fantastic. Again Jenny spent time understanding my goals and current fitness levels and each session is planned around my goals.  She also puts me through my paces and I know I've worked hard in the sessions, which is exactly what I want. I love our weekly sessions and it's been a great addition to the nutrition plan.


The best thing about Jenny is her knowledge and expertise.  She really knows her stuff both from a nutrition perspective and personal training.  She focuses on form and technique, as well as a hard work out.  Her anatomical background and passion for fitness and coaching comes through in everything she does and that's something you don't always get with a coach.  


She's transformed me over the past few months and I highly recommend her!

The weight fell away easily and six weeks later I was a stone lighter.  Jenny then moved me onto a weight maintenance plan and I've been on that for two months now and feel great.  My weight loss has been maintained and I've loads more energy than I had previously.  On top of this my running pace has increased and I've been able to put more effort into my gym sessions.
